How did Optimum Computer Systems began?

While working at a publishing agency 13 years ago in San Juan PR, Mr. Juan Rodriguez Ramos, becoming aware of the growing need for "on-site" service for large companies, decided to begin his own business. That is how in 1991, he began the process of creating Optimum Computer Systems, Inc. as it is today.

It wasn't, though, until 1993 that OCS officially opened its doors to the public, since Mr. Juan Rodríguez worked the past two years at different jobs (one as EDP Manager, the other as Vice President, one a year respectively).

Beginning in 1993, OCS Inc. begins its operations at the location of Brisas Del Mar in Luquillo, PR. It starts out as an office where clients are visited on-site, or computers and brought in to the fixed in the office.

 EIn 1996 we expanded, and moved to a larger location in the same area.

In 1999 we decided to move yet again, this time to a more commercial avenue, thus expanding our clientele. We also added a showroom, more parking, and we began giving classes on general computer usage.

 Now, 13 years later, OCS Inc continues giving our clients the following services : equipment repair, program installation, computer training, Network systems, web page setup, custom programming, sales, and more.
